5 for 15'

It's seem pretty common that this time of year peoples heads will be overwhelmed with resolutions for the new year. Unrealistic fictions that have no chance of being completed, yet (in that persons head) aspire to make this year better than the last. While trying to avoid and contrast to the typical standards of goals and resolutions of the new year, I have decided to circum the pressure and write my own. (hopefully I will stick to them this year)
Here is 5 goals and resolutions for 2015...

1. Dont cement your judgements or opinions about a person. I know that I hate when grudges are formed and held against people for long periods of time, allowing neither person to overcome the situation and move past it, dwelling on an unsettling matter. This cannot be good for either person and makes for unhappiness.

2. Say yes more often. This could mean saying yes to new foods, places, and even people. Being open for new experiances allows room for improvement and expanding your comfort zone.

3. Try not to fixate on other peoples irrelevant opinions of you. Thinking about why someone may not like you (if you dont already know) is tiring and stressful and will block your head with negative thoughts and leaves you in a crappy mood.

4. Dont change myself for other people. Simple as that.

5. Try to limit my expectations to incoporate the element of suprise and fullfillment. You will find yourself happier if you lie low expectations that can be reached and leave you with a more satisfied feeling
